Term of a SOW. During the Fixed Term and/or the Renewal Terms of this Agreement, the Parties may execute SOWs. The term of each SOW shall be defined within the SOW (“SOW Term”). Termination or expiration of the Agreement shall not affect a SOW executed by the Parties under this Agreement prior to its termination or expiration (except for termination due to material breach of any of the Parties as detailed herein).
