Term of MOU. This MOU is effective upon the day and date last signed and executed by the duly authorized representatives of the parties to this MOU and shall remain in full force and effect for not longer than 12 months. This MOU may be terminated, without cause, by either party upon 30 days written notice, which notice shall be delivered by hand or by certified mail to the address listed above.
Term of MOU a. The term of this MOU shall be from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions in C.1.b. below.
b. Either party to this MOU may terminate the MOU for convenience and without cause. Termination shall be affected by giving the other party thirty (30) days advance written notice of the effective date of termination.

B. In the event that either Party wishes to terminate this MOU prior to December 31, 2025, that Party will be required to provide at least 30 days' notice to the other Party.

Term of MOU. Service Provider will provide these services as an independent contractor for the period July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017.
Term of MOU. This MOU shall be in full force and in effect when signed by all Parties following their respective required authorization processes. The initial term of this MOU shall expire on December 31, 20312 unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section II.E, below. Prior to expiration of this MOU, all Parties agree to meet to evaluate the need for continuing participation. If all Parties agree that continuing participation is desirable, they shall negotiate for their respective Boards’ approval, a written extension of the term of this MOU, and any applicable additional MOU Schedules.
