Common use of Term of Agreement and Early Termination Clause in Contracts

Term of Agreement and Early Termination. 10.1 This Agreement shall extend from the effective date of this Agreement to the date of expiration of the last-to-expire of the United States patents which arise from the Proprietary Rights of Exhibit A. This Agreement is subject to early termination as set forth herein below and the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit B and Exhibit C attached hereto and hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference thereto.
