Common use of Term of Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Term of Confidentiality. Each party's obligation to protect the other party's Confidential Information shall expire five (5) years after the date of each respective disclosure thereof. All of the provisions of this paragraph IV shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
