Common use of Term of Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Term of Confidentiality. The obligations of confidentiality provided herein shall continue in force and effect for five (5) years from the date of termination of this Agreement, whether by lapse of the Term hereof or otherwise, unless extended or limited by mutual agreement executed in writing by an officer of each party.
