Term of Contracts. The Recipient shall negotiate all contracts related to the Project, including subcontracts and employment contracts, on terms that will enable the Recipient to cancel same upon conditions and terms which will minimize, to the extent possible their cancellation costs in the event of a termination of this Agreement.
