Term of Directorships. A person appointed by a MEMBER to serve as a DIRECTOR on the BOARD shall remain in office until (1) the POOL receives evidence of the appointment of his or her successor or (2) the effective time of the withdrawal from or termination of the MEMBER’S participation in the POOL.
