Common use of TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. This Framework Agreement shall take effect on the date appearing at the top of the first page of this Framework Agreement (the "Commencement Date") and shall expire on [  ] four (4) Years after the Commencement Date, unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or otherwise by operation of Law ("Term").
