Common use of TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 2.1 This Framework Agreement commences on 2 January 2012 (the “Commencement Date”) and (unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or it is otherwise lawfully terminated) shall expire on 1 January 2016.
