Common use of Term of Ground Lease Clause in Contracts

Term of Ground Lease. The initial Term of the Ground Lease commences on March 31, 2010, and terminates on March 30, 2060, and after such date the Term of the Ground Lease shall be automatically renewed for a maximum of four (4) successive ten-year periods thereafter unless the Term of the Ground Lease is sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions thereof.

Term of Ground Lease. The initial Term of the Ground Lease commences on March 31November 1, 20102011, and terminates on March 30October 31, 20602061, and after such date the Term of the Ground Lease shall be automatically renewed for a maximum of four (4) successive ten-year periods thereafter unless the Term of the Ground Lease is sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions thereof.
