Common use of Term of Licenses Clause in Contracts

Term of Licenses. The term of the LICENSES granted pursuant to this LICENSE AGREEMENT shall begin on the EFFECTIVE DATE and shall continue in perpetuity so long as LICENSED COMMERCIAL SEED is sold, licensed or used in THE TERRITORY as provided herein, unless the LICENSES are terminated earlier pursuant to a provision of this Section 10 or otherwise under the terms of this LICENSE AGREEMENT.
