Term of Pledge. The term of valid existence of the pledge to which Pledgee is entitled hereunder is from the effective date of this Agreement to the date all Secured Debt is fully discharged (“Term of Pledge”). Pledgee shall exercise the pledge hereunder within the limitation of action for the Secured Debt.
