The Term of Pledge. 3.2.1 This Agreement shall take effect as of the date when the equity interests under this Agreement are recorded in the Register of Shareholder of Beijing eLong and registered with the competent Administration for Industry and Commerce. The term of the Pledge is the same with the term of Service Agreement.
The Term of Pledge. 3.2.1 The Pledge of the Equity Interest under this Agreement shall take effect as of the date that the Pledge of the Equity Interest is recorded in the register of shareholders of Baisha Fire Control.
The Term of Pledge. 3.1.1 The Pledge of the Equity Interest under this Agreement shall take effect as of the date that the Pledge of the Equity Interest is recorded in the register of shareholders of [DALIAN XXXXXXX INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS CO., LTD.].
The Term of Pledge. 3.2.1 The Pledge shall be effective as of the date that the Pledge is recorded in the register of shareholders of the Company and shall remain effective so long as this Agreement remains in effect.
The Term of Pledge. 3.2.1 The Pledge of equity interests under this Agreement shall take effect as of the date when the equity interests under this Agreement are recorded in the Register of Shareholder of Hurray Solutions and registered with the competent Administration for Industry and Commerce. The term of the Pledge is the same as the term of Service Agreement.
The Term of Pledge. 4.1 The Pledge shall be continuously valid until the Principal Agreements have been fulfilled to the satisfaction of the WFOE or all of the Principal Agreements have expired or been terminated, whichever is the latest.
The Term of Pledge. The Pledge Right hereunder shall be set up from the date as of registration of Pledge with administration for industry and commerce. The term of this Agreement shall end upon the full performance of the contractual obligations or the full discharge of the Secured Liabilities.
The Term of Pledge. 4.1 The Pledge shall be continuously valid and the term of the Pledge ends at the earliest of the following three dates: (1) the date on which the unpaid secured obligation has been fully settled or otherwise repaid; (2) the date on which the Pledgee exercises the Pledge in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement to fully realize its rights to the secured obligation and the Pledged Equity; or (3) the date on which the Pledgors have transferred all of its equity to a third party (natural or legal person) and no longer holds the Company’s equity in accordance with the Exclusive Option Agreement.
The Term of Pledge. 4.1 The Pledge shall be continuously valid for 50 years after this Agreement take effective. Unless (i) the Parties all agree to terminate this Agreement; (ii) the Principal Agreements have been fulfilled to the satisfaction of the WFOE; or (iii) all of the Principal Agreements have expired or been terminated, the Pledge shall be valid. For purpose of share pledge registration, the term of initial pledge registration shall be 50 years. After the expiration of the term of initial pledge registration, the WFOE may at its sole discretion require the Shareholders to extend the term of the share registration.
The Term of Pledge. 3.1.1 The Pledge under this Agreement shall take effect as of the date when the registration of the Pledge with respect to the Equity Interests hereunder is consummated with the industrial and commercial management authority. The term of the Pledge is the same as the term of Service Agreement.
