Common use of Term of Purchased Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

Term of Purchased Subscriptions. The term of each subscription shall be as specified in the applicable Order or as agreed between the Customer and the applicable authorized partner or reseller and once the subscription terminates, access may be revoked. Except as otherwise specified in an Order, subscriptions purchased from BitSight directly will automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring subscription term or one year (whichever is longer) at current list prices, unless either Party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the relevant subscription term.
