Common use of Term of Services Clause in Contracts

Term of Services. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date first noted above and shall end on November 4, 2016 the date of completion specified in Exhibit A, and Consultant shall complete all the work described in Exhibit A prior to that date, unless the term of the Agreement is otherwise terminated or extended, as provided for in Section 8. The time provided to Consultant to complete the services required by this Agreement shall not affect the City’s right to terminate the Agreement, as provided for in Section 8.

Term of Services. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date first noted above and shall end on November 4March 7, 2016 2018, the date of completion specified in Exhibit A, and Consultant shall complete all the work described in Exhibit A prior to that date, unless the term of the Agreement is otherwise terminated or extended, as provided for in Section 8. The time provided to Consultant to complete the services required by this Agreement shall not affect the City’s right to terminate the Agreement, as provided for in Section 8.

Term of Services. Term of Services. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date first noted above and shall end on November 4December 31, 2016 2010, the date of completion for work specified in Exhibit AA and its amendments, and Consultant shall complete all the work described in Exhibit A and its amendments, Exhibits A-1, A-2, A-3 and A- 4, prior to that date, unless the term of the Agreement agreement is otherwise terminated or extended, as provided for in Section 8. The time provided to Consultant to complete the services required by this Agreement shall not affect the City’s right to terminate the Agreement, as provided for in Section 8.

The time provided to Consultant to complete the services required by this Agreement shall not affect the City’s ' s right to terminate the Agreement, as provided for referenced in Section 816.

Term of Services. The time t ime provided to Consultant to complete the services required by this Agreement shall not affect the City’s right to terminate the Agreement, as provided for in Section 8.8 . ”

Term of Services. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date first noted above Effective Date and shall end on November 4December 31, 2016 2021 or upon completion of the date Scope of completion specified Services described in Exhibit A, and Consultant shall complete all the work described in Exhibit A prior to that date, unless the term of the Agreement is otherwise terminated or extended, as provided for in Section 8. The time provided to Consultant to complete the services required by this Agreement shall not affect the CityAuthority’s right to terminate the Agreement, as provided for referenced in Section 8.

The time provided to Consultant to complete the services required by this Agreement shall not affect the CityVCTC’s right to terminate the Agreement, as provided for in Section 8.

Consultant shall complete all the work described in Exhibit A prior to that date, unless the term of the Agreement is otherwise terminated or extended, as provided for in Section 88 of the Agreement. The time provided to Consultant to complete the services required by this Agreement shall not affect the City’s right to terminate the Agreement, as provided for in Section 8said Section.
