Common use of Term of Subordinate Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term of Subordinate Agreement. This Subordinate Agreement shall commence upon execution of all necessary signatures and shall continue through and including January 8, 2014, unless otherwise terminated by the County. This Contract may be renewed for four (4) additional one-year terms upon mutual agreement of both Parties and upon renewal of RCA MA-017-13010879.

Term of Subordinate Agreement. This Subordinate Agreement shall commence on July 1, 2015 or upon execution of all necessary signatures authorized signatures, whichever comes later, and shall continue through and including January 8, 2014for one (1) calendar year from that date, unless otherwise terminated by County. The term of this Subordinate Agreement shall continue regardless of whether RCA MA 017 15011468 terminates prior to the Countyexpiration of this Subordinate Agreement. This Contract may be renewed for four (4) additional one-year terms upon mutual agreement of both Parties and upon renewal of RCA MA-017-13010879as set forth in paragraph 3 below.
