Term of Supplier’s Obligations. Supplier’s technology transfer obligations under this Section 6.3(c) shall endure until Purchaser has established at least one cGMP compliant manufacturing facility (either itself or through Third Party manufacturers designated by Purchaser) capable of manufacturing the Licensed Adjuvants in sufficient quantities and of sufficient quality to support Regulatory Approval and commercialization of each Licensed Product.
