Common use of Term of the Order Clause in Contracts

Term of the Order. Except as otherwise expressly stated in the Order, the term of the Order will begin on the date it is issued (the “Effective Date”) and end on the day which is 180 days after all Goods have been delivered and Services have been performed (the “Termination Date”), unless extended or earlier terminated in accordance with these Terms.
