TERM; PROGRESS REPORTING. 3.1. The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) commences on October 16, 2015 (the “Term Start Date”) and ends at midnight Los Angeles time on the day following the completion of twenty (20) Term Years from the Term Start Date (the “Term End Date”).
