Term, Renewal, and Amendment. 6.1. The term of this agreement shall commence on January 1, 2024, and remain in place for five (5) years. 6.2. This agreement will be reviewed at a minimum of six (6) months prior to the termination date for the purposes of reviewing service standards and determining renewal by the Parties. Cataraqui Conservation will provide notice to the Participating Municipality for this review period. 6.3. Unless the agreement has been terminated early in accordance with the terms or conditions listed, the agreement shall be automatically renewed for a further five (5) year term on the same terms and conditions contained herein. 6.4. This agreement may be amended at any time by the mutual consent of the Parties in writing, with at least a minimum of 90 days written notice of the proposed amendments.
