Term Repo. ‌ A Term Repo may have two characteristics: (a) where the rate and maturity of a Repo or Reverse Repo are agreed upon at the commencement of the transaction; or alternatively (b) where the rate is dealt at a spread to the RBA rate as bilaterally agreed.
