TERM SERVICE. An employee whose regular employment status was broken by service in a limited term capacity, but who regained regular status with a break in service of three (3) days or less shall be entitled to a vacation accrual rate as if there had not been such limited term employment. Such adjusted accrual rates shall be effective with the implementation of this agreement, with no retroactive accruals provided.
