Term; Survival; Choice of Law. This Agreement shall terminate upon your termination of employment with the Company. The obligations as forth under Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11, as well as under the Confidentiality Agreement and the Arbitration Agreement, will survive the termination of your employment and this Agreement. All questions concerning the construction, validity and interpretation of this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
