Term Termination and Suspension. 12.1 Regardless of any other provision of this MTA, Coinbase may, in its sole discretion, suspend, restrict or terminate the Client’s Trading Services, including by suspending, restricting or closing the Client’s Trading Account, in accordance with the General Terms.
