Term Termination Effect of Termination. Unless earlier terminated pursuant to this Paragraph 4, your position as Director of the Company shall expire at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Company held in 2006, unless you are elected by the shareholders as a director for another term (such period shall be referred to herein as the "Term" of this Agreement").
