TERM; TERMINATION; RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS UPON TERMINATION. 7.1 Except as otherwise provided for herein, the term of this Agreement shall be for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on April 1, 2000, unless terminated earlier by either party pursuant to the provisions of this Section 7 or extended by mutual written agreement of the parties.
