Common use of Term; Termination; Severance Clause in Contracts

Term; Termination; Severance. The Employment Period commenced on the Start Date and will continue until the first to occur of (i) Xxxxx’x death; (ii) a termination by the Company at any time with or without cause; or (iii) a termination by Xxxxx at any time. Any termination of Xxxxx’x employment with the Company shall be a “Termination.” The date of any termination of Xxxxx’x employment with the Company shall be the “Termination Date.”
