Terminal Building. The plan and design of the terminal building should aim at fast and efficient operation so as to meet the demand of international airlines. The arrangement in the building is reasonable and walking distance, waiting time and space can meet the requirements of first class airport by IATA. The operation management should also be taken into account so as to reduce operation costs.
Terminal Building. The Terminal Building includes all facilities, equipment, and activity encompassed by the outer walls of the Terminal Building as such now exist or may hereafter be modified or enlarged, including the exterior surfaces of such walls, inward and shall specifically include the following: the upper drive canopy; conveyor housings on the upper drive; for space without exterior walls, the shadow line of the floor above (excluding the sidewalk on the lower drive); and the office tower, including the 7th floor Executive Conference Center. Specifically excluded are the third through the eighth floors of the Hotel.

Terminal Building. A simple long-term terminal building program will be created based on the updated passenger forecasts. The program will contain approximate aggregate sizes for the following:
Terminal Building. The Terminal Building (Terminal) is normally opened daily at 0415. The terminal building may open earlier or later than 0400 depending on the nature and timing of the first scheduled departures of the day. The scheduled departure or arrival time of the first aircraft requiring the use of the terminal building and associated taxiways will not be before 0600. All passenger aircraft being operated for hire or reward, have to use the Terminal as a matter of routine, if they weigh in excess of 10 metric tonnes; as these aircraft are required to use the Critical Part (previously known as the ‘Restricted Zone’) which exists on the main apron servicing the Terminal. NAL is able to instigate temporary Critical Parts elsewhere on the airfield to allow parking away from the Terminal. The Terminal closes after the last passenger has left the building on a daily basis. Routinely the last scheduled flight arrives around 2130, thus the Terminal normally closes around 2150. The terminal maybe open later for delayed flights. Flights are not scheduled to arrive after 2300. Full emergency evacuation procedures are documented for the terminal, and the building is fitted with an emergency alarm system.
Terminal Building. Concessionaire shall have the right to use, in common with others so authorized, the Terminal Building appurtenances, together with all facilities, equipment, Improvements, and services which have been or may hereinafter be provided at or in connection with the Terminal Building for common use insofar as the same shall be reasonably necessary for the purposes of the operation of the Concessions.
Terminal Building. A. County shall operate and maintain and keep in good condition and repair the Terminal Building and all additions, improvements, facilities, and equipment now or hereafter provided by County at or in Connection with the Terminal Building, except any improvements, facilities, and equipment constructed or installed by Airline.
