Common use of TERMINAL OPERATOR’S INSURANCES Clause in Contracts

TERMINAL OPERATOR’S INSURANCES. Terminal Operator shall effect and maintain such insurances as would be maintained by a Reasonable and Prudent Operator for : the LNG Terminal. This shall mean that Terminal Operator shall cause its insurer to waive any claim against Shipper above the amount as provided in GC 10.2.1; and; the LNG and Natural Gas in the LNG Terminal; any liability to third parties; and other insurances required by applicable laws and other insurances which are necessary for the proper and complete performance of the Agreement.
