Common use of Terminated Contracts Clause in Contracts

Terminated Contracts. Grantee certifies that it has not had a contract terminated or been denied the renewal of any contract for non-compliance with policies or regulations of any state or federally funded program within the past five years, nor is it currently prohibited from contracting with a governmental agency. If Grantee does have such a terminated contract, and cannot make this certification, Grantee shall identify this Grant Agreement and provide an explanation for the termination.
