Terminated Transferring Affiliates. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2 below, the Existing Transferring Affiliates listed below (each, a “Terminated Transferring Affiliate”) are hereby terminated as “Transferring Affiliates” under the Transferring Affiliate Letter.
