Terminating the Agreement – Cancelling the Card. 4.B.13.1. It is expressly agreed that in the event of breach of any term hereof, all of which are considered substantial, the Bank is entitled to terminate this Contract with immediate effect and invalidate the Card, notifying the Cardholder accordingly at the same time.
