Termination according to Public Procurement Law. The Agreement and/or the Assignment Order can be immediately terminated by the Company upon giving the Contractor a written notice of termination explaining, in reasonable detail, the reason for termination upon occurrence of any of the provisions mentioned in the Article 64 of the Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Latvia.
