Common use of Termination and Amendment by Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination and Amendment by Agreement. This Agreement may be terminated or amended as to all of the Land at any time by mutual written consent of the City, the Owners, and, following creation of the District, the District; may be terminated or amended only as to a portion of the Land at any time by the mutual written consent of the City, the Owner of the portion of the Land affected by the amendment or termination and, following creation of the District, the District; and, after full-build out of the Land, may be terminated or amended at any time by the mutual written consent of the City and the District.

Termination and Amendment by Agreement. This Agreement may be terminated or amended as to all of the Land Property at any time by mutual written consent of the City, the Owners, City and Developer and, following creation joinder of the District, the District; , and may be terminated or amended only as to a portion of the Land at any time Property by the mutual written consent of the City, City and the Owner owners of the portion of the Land Property affected by the amendment or termination and, following creation of the District, the District; and, after full-build out District containing such portion of the Land, may be terminated or amended at any time by the mutual written consent of the City and the DistrictProperty.
