Common use of TERMINATION AND CHECK-OUT Clause in Contracts

If a Resident terminates this Contract, the Resident must complete Check-Out as outlined in Section 10.1 within thirty (30) days of contract termination. Any housing payments in excess of amounts incurred, including any applicable Contract termination fees,, will be applied to the Resident’s student account and handled in accordance with the University’s Revolving Charge Agreement.
