HOUSING STANDARDS. The Owner agrees that throughout the Term, it shall (a) maintain the Project in good repair and condition in accordance with applicable local codes, and the Uniform Physical Condition Standards set forth in 24 CFR Part 5, Subpart G as amended; (b) maintain and operate the Units and related facilities to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing, including the provision of all services, maintenance and utilities; and (c) comply with the lead-based paint regulations set forth in 24 CFR Part 35, as amended.
HOUSING STANDARDS. Xxxxxx agrees to conduct himself or herself in accordance with the CES Honor Code, and to abide by the published Housing Guidelines at xxxxxxx.xxx.xxx, which guidelines are incorporated herein by reference. Failure to maintain such standards or abide by such guidelines constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. The University reserves the right to amend the Housing Guidelines from time to time by giving thirty (30) day notice in writing of any change. Following the 30-day notice it is agreed that such change will be a modification of this Agreement and the Tenant will be held responsible for the change.
HOUSING STANDARDS. Tenants and their family members agree to conduct themselves in accordance with the CES Honor Code, and to abide by the published Student Family Housing Guidelines, xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/, which guidelines are incorporated herein by reference. Failure to maintain such standards or abide by such guidelines constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. BYU reserves the right to amend the Student Family Housing Guidelines from time to time by giving thirty (30) day notice in writing of any change. Upon receipt of notice it is agreed that such change will be a modification of this Agreement and the tenant(s) will be held responsible for the change.
HOUSING STANDARDS. The employment agency’s administrative records show an up-to-date overview of all housing locations, stating the number of residents with it.
HOUSING STANDARDS. The units provided by the Project will be built and maintained to, at a minimum, meet HUD's Housing Quality Standards (24 CFR, Section 982.401 and 92.251, incorporated by reference), including installation of broadband infrastructure, lead-based paint requirements at 24 CFR Part 35 and all applicable local and state building codes and standards, including the requirements of the City of Fort Xxxxxxx Affordable Housing Underwriting Guidelines for rehabilitation or new construction, whichever is applicable. These standards must be met upon Project completion, and throughout the Affordability Period or until the Loan is repaid, whichever comes first.
HOUSING STANDARDS. University Housing’s standards provide a safe environment conducive to sleep, study, and socializing. Residents must comply with University Housing standards. Violations may result in fines, removal from University Housing, and other disciplinary action by University Housing or the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards. University Housing will also provide information regarding these standards upon Check-In. However, the University is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred due to the loss or reduction of services due to circumstances beyond University Housing’s control, including, but not limited to natural disaster, strike, lockout of public employees or suppliers' employees, and on- or off-campus utility interruptions. University Housing is not responsible for, and will not allow cancellation of this contract or reduced fees for, construction noise or disruptions associated with construction, maintenance, and service vehicles within or adjacent to residences hall facilities. If the Secretary determines that the Owner is not fully satisfying one or more of the foregoing obligations, the Secretary shall have the right to impose any remedies, administrative actions and/or sanctions provided under or authorized by applicable law and regulations, including without limitation as provided under 24 CFR Part 24.
HOUSING STANDARDS. The Landlord shall maintain the unit, common areas, equipment, and facilities in decent, safe and sanitary condition in accordance with HUD's Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and federal, state and local laws.

HOUSING STANDARDS a. Students agree to conduct themselves in accordance with NSHE Code, and to abide by the published on-campus guidelines. (Both are available on the GBC website). b. Inappropriate use of computing or networking resources, as defined in the NSHE and Copyright Policy, may result in the loss of computing privileges. c. Using products and services to interfere with the use of the network by other customers or authorized users, or in violation of the law or in aid of any unlawful act is prohibited. Failure to comply constitutes a material breach of the Housing License Agreement. d. GBC reserves the right to amend or formulate rules and regulations at any time, and the resident agrees to comply with any amended or newly formulated rules and regulations.
