Common use of Termination and Related Benefits Clause in Contracts

Termination and Related Benefits. This Agreement will terminate upon the occurrence of any of the events described in this section, although all of the obligations, restrictions and duties described in Sections 4.02 through 4.08 will continue after the Agreement terminates and will apply and continue to apply to the Executive and the Executive’s estate, heirs and assigns for the period described in Sections 4.02 through 4.08.
