TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION AND SCOPE REDUCTION. The Parties’ rights to terminate the Project are as indicated in the Facilities Lease. In the event of a termination of the Facilities Lease and notwithstanding any other provision in the Contract Documents, the Surety shall remain liable to all obligees under the Payment Bond and to the District under the Performance Bond for any claim related to the Project.
