Common use of Termination and Triggering Events Clause in Contracts

Termination and Triggering Events. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary elsewhere contained in this Agreement, the Employment Period shall terminate at the expiration of the Initial Term or any Extension Term, or prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or any Extension Term upon the occurrence of any of the following events (hereinafter referred to as "TRIGGERING EVENTS"): (a) the Employee's death; (b) the Employee's Total Disability; (c) the Employee's Resignation; (d) the Employee's Resignation with Good Grounds; (e) a Termination by the Company for Cause; or (f) a Termination by the Company Without Cause.
