Common use of Termination and Withdrawal Clause in Contracts

Is expressly understood that if District legal counsel or the District fails to perform its obligations under this Agreement, this Agreement shall be terminated and all of District legal counsel’s and the District’s rights hereunder ended. Termination shall be upon ten (10) days written notice to the defaulting party.
