Common use of TERMINATION AS A RESULT OF A CHANGE IN CONTROL Clause in Contracts

TERMINATION AS A RESULT OF A CHANGE IN CONTROL. If a Change in Control shall occur and (a) if, following the change in control, the Employee is terminated by the Company pursuant to Paragraphs 5.3 or 5.5 above; or, (b) if, following the change in control, resulting in the Employee voluntarily terminating his employment relationship within three (3) months of the change in control, the Employee will be eligible for the severance benefits set forth below.

TERMINATION AS A RESULT OF A CHANGE IN CONTROL. If a Change in Control shall occur and (a) if, following the change in control, the Employee is terminated by the Company pursuant to Paragraphs 5.3 or 5.5 above; or, (b) if, following the change in control, resulting in the Employee voluntarily terminating his her employment relationship within three six (36) months of the change in control, the Employee will be eligible for the severance benefits set forth below.

TERMINATION AS A RESULT OF A CHANGE IN CONTROL. If a Change in Control shall occur and (a) if, following the change in control, the Employee is terminated by the Company pursuant to Paragraphs 5.3 or 5.5 above; or, (b) if, following the change in control, resulting in the Employee voluntarily terminating his employment relationship within three six (36) months of the change in control, the Employee will be eligible for the severance benefits set forth below.

TERMINATION AS A RESULT OF A CHANGE IN CONTROL. If a Change in Control shall occur and (a) if, following the change in control, the Employee is terminated by the Company pursuant to Paragraphs 5.3 4.2 or 5.5 4.5 above; or, (b) if, following the change in control, the Employee's job responsibilities and/or duties are altered in a material manner, resulting in the Employee voluntarily terminating giving notice to terminate his employment relationship within three (3) months of the change in control, the Employee will be eligible for the severance benefits set forth below.

If a Change in Control shall occur and AND (a) if, following the change in control, the Employee is terminated by the Company pursuant to Paragraphs 5.3 or 5.5 above; or, (b) if, following the change in control, the Employee's job responsibilities and/or duties are altered in a material manner, resulting in the Employee voluntarily terminating his employment relationship within three (3) months of the change in control, the Employee will be eligible for the severance benefits set forth below.
