Either This Agreement may be terminated by either party may terminate this Agreement by providing the other party with written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the then current termTerm by giving to the other party one hundred twenty (120) days written notice at the conclusion of said Term. However, if either party fails to give such notice, this Agreement shall automatically renew as set forth herein.
