TERMINATION BEFORE OR AFTER OCCUPANCY START DATE. If there is no breach of Contract by either Student or Landlord this Contract may be terminated for the following reasons: (A) An unforeseeable and unexpected catastrophic event that renders the Landlord incapable of providing housing to the Student; (B) Student suffers serious bodily injury or illness that necessitates withdrawal from all classes and relocation from student housing for treatment; (C) Student is called into active military duty; or
