Death of Student. If a party seeks termination under subsections (A)-(C) of this paragraph, the terminating party must provide notice and written verification to the other party within ten (10) days of the triggering events. In the event of Student Death, Xxxxxxxx will be notified by Student’s family or the University. If the Contract is terminated for any of the reasons stated in this Paragraph, rent will be prorated from the date of notice and the Contract will be terminated without penalty or further obligation.
Death of Student. Xxxxxx leave will be assessed by the Superintendent on a case by case basis.
Death of Student. If the Student should die during the Term of this Agreement, all Payments will cease as of the previous month prior to her or his death. All accrued but unpaid Payments will continue to be due as of this date. The Funder may file a claim against the estate for any such accrued but unpaid Payments. No Monthly Payment or Reconciliation Payment will be due from the estate, unless previously calculated.
Death of Student. If the Student should die during the term of this Agreement, all Remittance payments will cease as of the end of the previous month prior to her or his death. All accrued but unpaid Remittances will continue to be due as of this date. The Investor may file a claim against the estate for any unpaid Remittances. If the Student should die subsequent to the end of this Agreement, but still owe the Investor for previously accrued but delinquent Remittances or a previously calculated but unpaid True- Up Payment, the Investor may file a claim against the Student's estate. No True-Up calculation or Payment will be due from the estate, unless previously calculated.
