Termination Benefits in Connection With a Termination Other Than a Qualifying Termination. If Employee’s employment with Company terminates for any reason that is not described in Section 1.1 or 1.2, including due to death or Disability, Employee will receive the following termination benefits: (a) Severance Pay. Employee will not receive any severance pay.
