Termination Benefits in Connection With a Termination Other Than a Qualifying Termination. If Executive has a Termination of Employment that is not described in Section 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 or 1.4, he or she will receive the following termination benefits: (a) Severance Pay. Executive will not receive any Severance Pay.
