Common use of Termination by Agency Clause in Contracts

Termination by Agency. The Agency, with the written consent of the OSA, may terminate this contract, with or without cause, by providing a fifteen (15) day written notice of termination to the Firm. However, prior to termination of this contract by the Agency, the Agency must provide written justification to the OSA documenting the reasons for requesting the contract be terminated.
