Termination by Agency. The Agency may terminate this Agreement if: (a) A Non-Political or Political Force Majeure Event prevents the Agency from performing any of its material obligations under this Agreement for a continuous period of more than one hundred eighty (180) Days; (b) A Political Force Majeure Event prevents the Company from performing any of the Services for a continuous period of more than one hundred eighty (180) Days.
