Termination by Authority for convenience. The Authority shall have the right to terminate this Agreement, or to terminate the provision of any part of the Agreement at any time by giving three Months' written notice to the Supplier Service Provider and all other DPS Providers having similar agreements to this Agreement with the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that if the Authority exercises its rights under this Clause 17.5 it shall exercise its equivalent rights under all agreements with the DPS Providers.
