Common use of Termination by Business Associate Clause in Contracts

Termination by Business Associate. If Business Associate determines that Covered Entity has breached a material term of this Agreement, then Business Associate shall provide Covered Entity with written notice of the existence of the breach and shall provide Covered Entity with thirty (30) calendar days to cure said breach upon mutually agreeable terms or end the violation within this thirty (30) day period. Failure by Covered Entity to cure said breach or violation in the manner set forth above shall be grounds for immediate termination of the Services Agreement by Business Associate.
